5+ #WCDUB sessions you shouldn’t miss if… you love ecommerce

We wrote a series of blog posts to help you choose the best #WCDUB sessions according to your interests.

Today, it’s all about ecommerce. Are you planning to build your own ecommerce website? Are you struggling with website traffic? Are you wondering why your site does not convert sales?

Excellent, we’ve got you covered 🙂

We’ve organised WordCamp Dublin 2017 so you can spend 2 full days with bloggers, authors, marketers, SEOs, businesses, non-profits, photographers, consultants, developers, designers, entrepreneurs – as well as everyone who loves and uses WordPress – for a ridiculously cheap ticket price.

So, here are the talks you shouldn’t miss – at the bottom of the post you will find a link to the full schedule.

1. Build your own ecommerce website

Before installing the free ecommerce plugin for WordPress – WooCommerce – you need to create a super simple website in WordPress.

Manoj will present: “The Dummies Guide to building a WordPress website quickly” at 10:15 am on Saturday. In 30 minutes you will build your own website in a few clicks.

The day after, at the same time, Luminus from WooCommerce will present “Workshop: WooCommerce for Fun & Profit – How to get started and maximize your bottom line”. Simply install WooCommerce with one click, and turn your existing WordPress site into an online shop.

Easy peasy!

2. Implement SEO

If you’re interested in growing your website traffic, we already covered this in a previous post. All you need to do is listening to Google itself 🙂

3. Increase your sales

You can’t miss these 5 case studies we’ve put together. Increase your brand awareness, grow your client base and kick-ass!

4. Customise your default WooCommerce shop

In “Workshop: WooCommerce Customization Masterclass”, Rodolfo will show you how you can customise WooCommerce/WordPress via code. Minimum requirements: basic HTML

He goes ahead at 11:30 am on Sunday.

5. Increase your sales conversion (CRO)

“Automating processes like lost cart recovery, discounting, lead tracking, referral programs and reviews will have a direct impact on your ROI” – says Kevin Lydon.

So, come over to Room 2 at 2.15 pm on Sunday and listen to what Kevin has to say!
